🎒 Back-to-School Ready & Full Bellies: Recapping Our August 22nd Event! 🌭

We had another amazing Saturday stepping out and serving our neighborhood this past weekend! On August 22nd, our church family gathered once again to make sure our community is geared up and taken care of as summer winds down. ☀️🍂

Here is a quick look at what we were up to:

• 🎒 Back-to-School Backpacks: We were thrilled to do another round of backpack giveaways! 📚✏️ Seeing the kids get excited about their new gear makes it all worth it. We want to make sure every student heads into the new school year feeling prepared and confident.

• 🌭 A Tasty Community Meal: You cannot have a Saturday gathering without some good food! 🍽️ We served up hotdogs alongside a delicious vegetable-based rice. It was the perfect casual meal to enjoy while hanging out and catching up with everyone. 🍚

• 👕 Clothing Giveaway: Along with the bags and the food, we had tables set up to give out clothing to anyone in the community who needed it. 👟👗 Keeping our neighbors clothed and cared for is always a top priority for us.
